Candy Givens & Zephyr

Candy Givens of Boulder band Zephyr. This 1982 video is an excellent example of early
analog computer graphics. Caution, some parts are a bit ’steamy’. Givens died in 1984.

I saw Zephyr after they release the first album in Albuqurque NM. I fell in love with Cndy Givens. She was a little woman with a big voice and when she sang she was beautiful. I will always miss her. RIP Candy.

Candy was a sweet girl. She could act bad, sort of like Joan Jett, She could win a T shirt contest. She blew the blues harp like nobody’s business. She had an abundunce of talet. We should of taken better care of our friends.Too many good people died from drugs and trying to find their line. She was as good as Joplin, maybe better, and thats not a lie- if you saw her.I still miss you Candy girl.RIP
