Dire’s Lock & Key

Dire’s Lock & Key, a nice 1950s-era structure on Broadway.

I always assumed this was a coffee shop or maybe even a Rocky Bilt, but Dire’s has
been around since WWII, so maybe it is originally Dire’s?
