The Oxford Hotel Annex, a Chicago Commercial Style
building clad in white, glazed terra-cotta tiles. It was designed
in 1912 by Montana Fallis and Robert Willison as an
addition to the Oxford Hotel.

Montana Fallis later designed two of Denver’s most famous
Art Deco buildings, the Buerger Bros. Beauty Supply and
the Mayan Theatre, both also making extensive use of
terra-cotta.
