My father, John B Cartwright of Cartwright Realty Company, and his partner for many years Nicholas R Petry of N G Petry Construction Company bought Kent School for Girls whose address was 933 Sherman Street and built the Sherman Plaza in the early 1950’s. Nick put my father on the board of the National Western Stock Show. Both my father and Nick died.
