Nice! I photographed several of the great Manitou Springs motel signs a few years ago. Back in 2006 the Silver Saddle advertised “Free Coffee” on the sign, but I guess times have gotten tough. 
Really enjoying The Denver Eye and appreciate the research and legwork that goes into bringing us so many good photos.
