Sad to report that Lynn Poyer passed away at his home near Central City on October 27, 2011. His start with the Showmen evolved into years of wonderful music with the popular group Magic Music, New Rain, Beggar’s Opera, and others. Lynn played a mean guitar, wrote beautiful songs and sang them like no one else could.
